- Your name (this is the name you would like cheques to be made out to)
- Your full address (where cheques should be sent)
- Your email address
- The websites where you would promote FastLife
By sending us an email with the above information you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Once we have this information we will send you:
- Your user name and password to log in to Fastlife and monitor your referral activity
- Affiliate Link (to track members)
- Communication kit containing all materials
